Basically this plugin is an advertisement script for SourceMod that allows you to show specific messages every XX defined seconds or minutes on a specific spot ingame (hintbox, chat or top left).

Requires at least: Min. Sourcemod Version: 1.0.0.1225

CVARS:

sm_ads_version - Used for stats tracking only.
sm_ads_status - Used to turn off/on ads.
1 = on
0 = off
