Insurgency (INS) is a total conversion mod for Valve Software's Half-Life 2, powered by the Source Engine. This is the first patch available for the game that fixes a lot of bugs and adds a brand new map to the game.

Right after patch 1.1 the Insurgency guys have released a hotfix for servers only that should fix all crashes still in the 1.1 patch. You can grab the hotfix from here.
