A date has been offered up as to when the Left 4 Demo will be released.

Gamestop.com supplies the following information on its Left 4 Dead purchase page:

'Reserve Left for Dead and receive early access to the demo. The early access will start on 11/6/08 and will end on 11/11/08. Offer valid only while supplies last.'

Of course, this is far from Valve confirmation, however it does suggest that Valve have been supplying retailers with demo details so this date could potentially be correct.

As Steamfriends has reported, a demo for L4D has been announced for 'sometime after Halloween', so the 6th of November can surely not be far from the truth.
