The Grand Theft Auto 4 DLC coming in February will be exclusive to the Xbox 360 version.
The catalogue page for the downloadable content at Gamestop states that the download works with 'Grand Theft Auto on Xbox 360' with no mention of a PC/Steam version.
Steam users will have to be content with the original game
We can only hope that once the episodes have been released on the 360, Rockstar will help them find their way to the PC, although after all the issues PC gamers have been having with the GTA4 PC port (causing the PC version to receive a meta rating of a whole 7% less than the 360 and PS3 versions), it is not clear whether this will actually ever happen.

Well, I was gaming with Rockstar this weekend and someone asked if there was going to be DLC for pc. They replied:"We have some big plans for the pc-version". So let's hope they do port this to pc.
Well after the horrible effort that was the PC port, I can honestly say I couldn't care less ;p
