Google launches Lively 3D World

Though not directly Steam related we couldn't wait to share this one with you. It seems Google has started a new program under the name of Lively which is basically a 3D World where people can setup their virtual space and chat and interact with your friends (ala Second Life). Read More ť

EventScripts Orange Box beta released

EventScripts for TF2 (and OrangeBox) has been released. Feature-wise the build for Orange Box is essentially the same as EventScripts 2.0. OB has a few special changes in it that will affect scripts you write, though. It also opens a few new doors. Read More ť

As we all know Day of Defeat Source is now over to the new Orange box Source engine which features better graphics, network improvements and a lot more. According to a conversation we had with Valve a few weeks ago Counter-Strike: Source will be the next game that will go over to Orange. Read More ť
