I have contacted steam and have got no reply no refund.. I looked on the forums for help and all I saw where loads other people with the same problem.. I tried about 20 different methods to get this game to work and nothing seems to help.. This was my b/f present and i've ended up with jack..

	#1 - ^BuGs^ - October 10, 2007 21:44 For a 3D puzzle game, where you have to use 360 degrees to solve a puzzle, this game is still very challenging. Might be worth it for younger kids to play to understand geometry.
	#2 - Bucky - October 10, 2007 23:37 2 things 1) The rooms are supposed to be empty. When Valve tested the levels with random debris, people got distracted (eg trying to use debris to press a button, when there was a perfectly good box next to it) 2) Its short, yes, but Portal will really shine when 3rd party maps come out. Valve had made map distribution easy by making installation easy, as maps with custom textures will have those textures included in the BSP file, so there won't be any faffing about with putting textures in different places

	#6 - sslice - October 13, 2007 08:18 I have to agree with the fact that the rooms should remain bare--at least, the test chambers themselves. As a test subject, you work in a very controlled environment, and I believe that the "bareness" of these test chambers just exemplifies this. Yeah, there are areas you explore outside of the test chambers, but you do find that there is some clutter that exists there...mainly in the office areas.

After 'Team Fortress 2' was originally announced at E3 way back in 1999, lack of news lead to many fearing it had disappeared forever. Then, in the summer of 2006, Valve released a trailer for 'the new' TF2 - cel-shading et al. 15 months later and along with 'The Orange Box', the game has already gone Gold - and that's just on pre-orders! 	#6 - mftteazer - September 07, 2007 12:05 Almost 2 months later and the game is dying out, sadly, there we're 675 servers in July, today there are only 215. Because this game is beta, the devs aren't really stressing to make it better because they aren't getting paid to do it. It's sad, but just like a lot of the great HL2 conversions to come and go, if no one starts paying for this mod, I fear it will go away as well. Plus, the maps are so broken that they are being exploited on most of the working servers, and it's driving good gamers out of this game.
