An update has been released via steam for the Source Developer Kit, and will be downloaded automatically when the steam client is restarted.

The specific changes include:

Source SDK

• Team Fortress 2’s game objects for new 'Payload' gameplay are now available to map makers
• Custom settings in Hammer are no longer overwritten when the SDK is restarted
