Dystopia 1.3 with New Effects
One of the best polished HL2 / Source engine mods out there is definitely Dystopia. And the developers have just released a cool video showing the upcoming version 1.3 updates. In this new version the new effect is a particle implementation to replace the current Tesla’s secondary fire, which is a little more visible and visually appealing.
The Stealth effect used in 1.2 has been given a visual reboot for the next version. It has been the victim of replacement time and time again, each time using a pre-made effect from Half-Life 2. We hope that this upgrade gives some more aesthetic to the effect as well as giving a slight buff to the Implant.
